Senior Salesforce Developer - Vlocity Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Vlocity to lead our end-to-end development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex business processes using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture.
  • Lead integration implementation with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors.
  • Own technical delivery timelines and coordinate closely with project managers, QA, and DevOps.
  • Drive adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers within the team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Vlocity certified.

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience in Vlocity, with a strong focus on OmniScripts, Data Raptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and LWC.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and on budget.
  • Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of Salesforce development principles and best practices.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
