Experienced Salesforce Quality Assurance Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Salesforce Quality Assurance expert to drive quality assurance and testing excellence for our Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud projects, ensuring thorough coverage across Salesforce functionalities and configurations.
  • Define test scope, create detailed test cases, and ensure timely execution of smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
  • Manage and guide QA testers, providing mentorship, task allocation, and review of test deliverables.
  • Coordinate defect management activities, ensuring timely logging, tracking, and resolution of defects using tools like JIRA and ALM.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to validate requirements and provide QA sign-off.
  • Establish QA processes, best practices, and metrics to improve testing quality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, workflows, and data models.
  • Proven experience in test planning, test case design, and execution for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud projects.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and project management tools such as JIRA, ALM, and test management tools.
  • Strong understanding of QA principles: smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding QA testers.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues under tight deadlines.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading QA efforts in Agile teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder).
