At a pioneering fintech company, we are seeking a skilled and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. This unique hybrid role requires a creative thinker who can drive the user experience and interface design for our core Fintech product while also taking full ownership of our public-facing websites. The ideal candidate is proficient in both disciplines, capable of creating intuitive, user-centric product designs in Figma and building complex, pixel-perfect, and highly interactive websites in Webflow.

The UX/UI Designer will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and ensuring a seamless, engaging experience for our users across all platforms. Key responsibilities include owning and managing the end-to-end design process for new product features, translating complex financial concepts and data into simple, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces, conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions, and collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years of professional, hands-on experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex component structures, dynamic content, and sophisticated interactions.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products (web or mobile applications).
  • An impressive portfolio that highlights your UX process, problem-solving skills, and visual design talent.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
