As a UI/UX designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experiences of our clients.

We are seeking an innovative and skilled professional with expertise in user experience design, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, collaboration, testing, and iteration. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX designs for web and mobile platforms, proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and a sound understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centred design principles.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • User Experience Design: Conducting user research, creating personas, and mapping user journeys to define clear, user-centred design solutions.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Developing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Visual Design: Delivering pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring aesthetics and usability go hand in hand.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conducting usability testing, analysing feedback, and refining designs to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Design Systems: Contributing to and maintaining scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centred design principles.
  • Strong sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Experience working with developers to translate designs into functional products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
