Job Opportunity: E-commerce Operations Expert

  • About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate with third-party logistics partners, and ensure timely replenishment of products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in warehouse management, 3PL coordination, and marketplace operations on various platforms.
  • The successful applicant will also be responsible for analyzing seasonal and brand-wise performance data to inform business decisions, reviewing monthly sales performance with partners, and participating in weekly operations review meetings to present updates and highlight action points.
  • A strong working knowledge of OMS and WMS platforms is essential, as well as excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • About You:
  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in warehouse management, 3PL coordination, and marketplace operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
