Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse activities to meet defined KPIs and deadlines.
- Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for dispatches and returns.
- Verify e-way bills, good receipts, and vendor bills as per agreement.
- Conduct regular audits of stock levels to ensure high accuracy.
- Generate and analyze monthly, weekly, and daily reports.
- Enforce health, safety, and administrative guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role with an e-commerce/fulfillment center.
- Knowledge of WMS/SAP or similar ERP packages is an added advantage.
- Graduate degree and proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and perform tasks efficiently.
