About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing expert to spearhead the execution and optimization of ad campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-performing campaigns that drive conversions, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance daily, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creative assets, audience segments, and landing pages to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Produce detailed campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in running successful Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPL, and more.
  • Hands-on expertise with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • A data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across diverse industries or verticals.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting.
  • Background working in a creative/digital agency environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
