Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned MICE Operations Leader to oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events in Delhi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless event delivery while driving operational efficiency and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning and Execution: Manage all aspects of event planning, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and team management.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management to ensure excellent results.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales, marketing, and client relations teams to align operational execution with business goals.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, venues, and service providers to secure competitive rates and quality services.
  • Risk Management and Contingency Planning: Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans to ensure seamless event delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in event operations or related roles, with 3+ years in MICE operations leadership.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with strong knowledge of the MICE industry and event management best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, event management software, and reporting tools.
