Job Title: Global Finance Manager

Department: Accounting & Finance

Role Summary:

The Global Finance Manager will oversee financial operations across multiple international offices, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and adherence to global regulatory requirements. This role requires a solid understanding of global finance operations, multi-currency accounting, and compliance with international tax and reporting standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Support the preparation and accuracy of financial statements for all international offices in compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable standards.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Participate in the global budgeting process and assist in consolidating financial data across regions.
  • Cash Management & Treasury: Assist in managing global cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
  • Multicurrency Book Management: Maintain accurate accounting records for transactions involving multiple currencies across global entities.
  • Process Improvement & Systems Management: Identify and support improvements in financial processes to drive global consistency and efficiency.
  • Leadership & Team Support: Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistency in financial practices and reporting.
  • Strategic Financial Support: Assist in preparing financial analysis to support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting field. Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 6–10 years of relevant finance or accounting experience in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and international taxation.
  • Experience with multi-currency accounting and foreign exchange management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
