Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop the annual budget and analyze expenses to ensure alignment with targets.
  2. Examine financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
  3. Monitor KPIs and support business units with performance analysis.
  4. Pursue continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
  5. Oversee long-term financial planning.
  6. Guarantee accurate reporting by enforcing robust internal controls.
  7. Handle operational financial controls including revenue/sales growth, expense, and margin management, and financial goal tracking.
  8. Collaborate with the business to understand pipeline and forecast impact, supported by CRM data.
  9. Manage complex financial data.
  10. Provide strategic guidance to local Market Financial Directors, offering financial expertise to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
  11. Support business cases, investment appraisals, and pricing strategies with robust financial modeling and analysis.

Required Candidate Profile:

  1. Proven experience as a Business Controller or equivalent role.
  2. A relevant degree (CA/CMA/MBA/ACCA) with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  3. A background in a large organization and international environment is preferred.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with various stakeholders.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
