Job Title: Oracle Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle SCM Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM applications, including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, Develop, and Implement: Oracle SCM applications, focusing on OM, INV, WMS, Procurement, ASCP, PLM, and MSCA.
  2. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Gather and translate supply chain business requirements into technical designs and application configurations.
  3. Perform Customizations and Integrations: Utilize Oracle forms, reports, workflows, APIs for seamless integration.
  4. Support Full Lifecycle Implementations: Set up, test, deploy, and provide post-go-live support for Oracle SCM modules.
  5. Execute Data Cleansing and Auditing: Ensure data accuracy and integrity through cleansing, auditing, and migration activities.
  6. Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve issues related to SCM applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-10 Years of Experience: In Oracle ERP/SCM technical roles, with significant hands-on experience in OM, INV, WMS, Procurement.
  • Strong Technical Expertise: In Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12)
  • Proficient Tools: Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflows.
  • Solid Understanding: End-to-end supply chain business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, Logistics).
  • Familiarity with Methodologies: ERP implementation methodologies such as Oracle Trade Management (OTM)
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical teams.
Bonus Requirements:
  • Experience with Agile: Project methodologies.
  • Exposure to SCM Solutions: And advanced planning tools.
  • Domain Certifications: Or Oracle technical certifications
