  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform day-to-day operations while maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Solve queries related to new loan setup and review related to mortgage servicing.
  • Loan Setup Administration:
    • Loan setup, review, and funding of commercial loans, mortgage bonds, AGRI loans, MAM PM (Mortgage Asset Management - Private Markets) for US or third-party MCCM for Canadian.
  • Tax Administration or Insurance Administration:
    • Report generation, property tax confirmation, property tax bills, determining shortages, timely payment of property taxes, reserve, and invoices.
    • Escrow analysis, collecting, and conducting thorough reviews of insurance policies and certificates to ensure validity, accuracy, and compliance with mortgage documentation terms.
  • Process Escalation:
    • Concerns, challenges, or issues encountered by the team will be referred to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Team Leaders for further review, investigation, and possible resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
  • Experience in real estate finance, credit analysis, or in mortgage environments is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, keen attention to details, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
