Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager and HR Specialist to join our team in India. This is a full-time position with career advancement opportunities within the company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both Accounting and Human Resources functions, ensuring smooth HR operations and accurate financial record-keeping. Key responsibilities include:

Accounting:
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
  • Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and coordinating with external auditors as needed.
  • Reconciling bank statements and managing general ledger.
Human Resources:
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Overseeing onboarding, orientation, and training programs for new hires.
  • Handling employee relations and addressing inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and compensation.
  • Maintaining employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Conducting performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar dual Accounting & HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, tax regulations, and financial compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, HR software, Office software.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and local language.
