- At least 3+ years of experience in IT Industry
- Experience working on enterprise applications or cloud applications like PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, SuccessFactor, Oracle Cloud, or Workday
- Exposure to domains – HCM, Payroll (mandatory)
- Technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL or functional expertise in setup and configuration of above-mentioned application based on client specifications
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously or experience working for large enterprise clients
- Exposure to North America and EMEA region would be helpful
- Strong communication skills
