Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Participate in transaction advisory engagements by performing financial due diligence on behalf of companies and private equity firms.
  • Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze company data to identify trends and potential liabilities.
  • Write detailed reports to present findings to clients.
  • Work directly with Management to advise clients on how to maximize opportunities and minimize risks.
  • Develop and propose creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.
  • Interface with senior executives of clients and target companies.

Required Skills and Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of applicable work experience including experience in audit or transaction advisory services.
  • Licensed CPA/equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications.
