Insurance Training and Development Manager

Optimum Future is seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to lead our insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life insurance and a proven track record of training and developing high-performing sales teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the sales skills of our team members. They will also be expected to analyze training needs, develop training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
The role will involve working closely with the sales team to understand their needs and preferences, and to develop training programs that meet those needs. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of the sales team, and for making recommendations for improvement.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about training and development, and who has a strong understanding of the life insurance industry. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the life insurance industry
