Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Deputy Manager to lead our reporting and communication efforts.

About the Role

As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for managing reporting's and communication across our entire function. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that requirements are fully understood and addressed comprehensively and quickly in a positive and helpful manner.

  • Your key responsibilities will include preparing and submitting timely and accurate reports to regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines and evolving regulatory frameworks, and liaising with compliance and legal teams to interpret new regulations and implement reporting changes.
Key Performance Indicators
  • You will be responsible for maintaining documentation and audit trails for all regulatory submissions, designing and maintaining dashboards for business performance tracking, generating periodic and ad-hoc reports for senior management and business units, and automating reporting processes using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • You will also perform trend analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions, identify business insights from structured and unstructured data, present complex data insights in simple, business-friendly language, and coordinate with internal departments for data requirements and reporting needs.
