The role involves overseeing end-to-end operations related to Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI) and Purchase Orders (PO) within the SAP environment.

Responsibilities include processing GRNs in SAP for received goods and materials, matching PO and invoice details, coordinating with stores and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies.

  • Execute GI transactions in SAP
  • Ensure correct material movement type usage
  • Maintain accurate stock ledgers and inventory levels

Additional responsibilities include creating and managing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP based on departmental requirements, coordinating with user departments for requirement validation, tracking PR status and ensuring timely conversion to PO.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in SAP MM module
  • Knowledge of GRN, GI and PO processes
  • Strong understanding of inventory and material movements
  • Attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with procurement or storekeeping procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification in MM (optional but preferred)
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics sector
  • Understanding of inventory audits and stock reconciliation
