We are seeking a skilled and dependable transportation professional to oversee driving duties, as well as office-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport employer for work, meetings, and personal errands.
  • Maintain the vehicle in good condition, ensuring regular servicing and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to all traffic regulations and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Plan routes efficiently to save time and avoid delays.
  • Handle minor repairs and coordinate with service centers for maintenance.
  • Run errands such as grocery shopping, bill payments, and other personal tasks.
  • Manage schedules, reminders, and appointments.
  • Handle deliveries and pickups when required.
  • Assist in coordinating household tasks as needed.
  • Support daily office operations such as documentation, filing, and courier handling.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and business-related travel plans.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, including data entry and email correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of driving experience (corporate/personal preferred).
  • Familiarity with local roads and traffic regulations.
  • Basis knowledge of office work, including documentation and communication.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
