Regional Marketing Manager

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Regional Marketing Manager to join our team at NMIMS. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing plans that drive business growth and increase brand awareness in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and regional market trends.
  • Create and execute local marketing programs to address specific regional challenges, leveraging new communication channels and tactics to engage consumers effectively.
  • Manage and oversee marketing budgets, ensuring adherence to approved plans and initiatives.
  • Design and implement annual marketing calendars for the region, incorporating event tie-ups, channel promotions, and other visibility initiatives.
  • Maintain a keen eye on market trends, analyzing data and sharing insights with senior leadership and regional sales teams to inform strategic decisions.

Marketing Operations:

  • Ensure accurate reflection of brand identity in all marketing efforts, adhering to established branding guidelines.
  • Drive BTL marketing activities, including event tie-ups, dealer and retailer promotions, and other visibility initiatives through partner teams.
  • Collaborate with agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns, overseeing concept development, media planning, budget management, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Negotiate with local vendors to customize brand creatives while maintaining alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Identify and engage local partners, affiliates, and methods for lead generation.
  • Prioritize events and forums offering opportunities for NMIMS participation, working with channel partners and regional sales teams to secure involvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local media partners.
  • Partner with regional sales teams to plan and execute new product launches, creating collateral materials and launch event promotion.

Operational Excellence:

  • Maintain detailed documentation and MIS reports on media-related activities, ensuring timely updates and analysis.
  • Prepare and review MIS reports, highlighting variances and recommending improvements to Head-Marketing.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strategic thinking, customer focus, creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
  • Proven experience in BTL marketing, activations, and events.
  • End-to-end program management expertise.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills, with an added advantage of online and digital experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in events organization, marketing, and business development.
  • Solid background in direct response/acquisition marketing.
  • Familiarity with Internet marketing and content management systems.
  • In-depth understanding of sales and marketing functions (e.g., strategy, planning, forecasting).
