Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Voice Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, implementing, and administering secure, robust, stable, redundant Voice and Video infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Voice and Video technologies, with expertise in IP Telephony, Oracle SBC, Kurmi, Clobba (Codesoft), and other related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and administer Voice and Video infrastructure, including IP Telephony, Oracle SBC, Kurmi, Clobba (Codesoft), and other related systems.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Voice incidents, escalating to L3 as necessary.
  • Manage AV tickets, troubleshoot, fix, and replace Video Conferencing units, projectors, and other AV equipment.
  • Operate Crestron CP4 and other devices, Kramer, QSC Amplifier, Shure mics.
  • Support BAU operations in Voice Domain.
  • Support AV / VC Setup & coordinate with Vendor for necessary support & resolution.
  • Support other 3rd Party applications (Digital Signage, Imagicle, Wallboard) in Voice Domain.
  • Coordinate root cause analysis for technical issues and establish recovery and prevention processes.
  • Obsolesce Management & follow necessary Process to ensure strengthening of Infrastructure.
  • Vulnerability Management and finding remediation.
  • Coordinate with onshore teams; interface with vendors and partners for issue resolution.
  • Assist Team Leads/Delivery Manager in maintaining SLA adherence.
  • Propose solution alternatives, provide impact analysis for any technical changes.
  • Translate high-level objectives into low-level work modules and tasks.
  • Perform requirements gathering and design.
  • ITIL and Change Management experience.
  • Support 3rd party applications - Digital Signage, Wallboard, Imagicle.
  • Contributing Responsibilities:
    • Create SOPs, OPC, other business supporting documentation.
    • Knowledge of Traffic analysis tools: Solarwinds, Netflow, Wireshark.
