Job Title

Information Technology Service Delivery Manager.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  1. Develop a detailed project plan in collaboration with the Project Owner, monitor progress to ensure timely completion and meet deadlines. Report project status to stakeholders and facilitate team-wise communication.
  2. Support and promote quality assurance goals for projects, participating in all release management cycles, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, trend forecasting, risk identification, and management.
  3. Cultivate an Agile/Scrum culture within project teams, implementing project management processes, identifying process gaps, and driving continuous improvement.
  4. Ensure timely delivery of projects, adhering to scope, budget, and quality standards.
  5. Effectively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using suitable tools and techniques.
  6. Utilize appropriate metrics to measure project performance, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  7. Minimize project risks through proactive risk management.
  8. Maintain financial discipline, adjusting project constraints based on thorough financial analysis.
  9. Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex development projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Individuals must possess excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal). A sound understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management, software development life cycle, and software quality assurance methodologies is essential.

  • A bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or relevant work experience in project management.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities are required.
