Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master and Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in driving our teams forward by facilitating Agile/Scrum best practices and principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles to ensure a collaborative environment.
  • Remove impediments and track team metrics (velocity, burndown) to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Team, Business, and Stakeholders to ensure a well-groomed backlog.

Business Analyst Duties:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data warehouse and data services projects.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop process flows, data mappings, and other documentation as needed.
  • Support data quality initiatives and define data governance standards.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of data solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Optional but good to have - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
