Technical Lead for Project Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the delivery of complex projects. This key role will lead cross-functional teams to drive project success, ensuring timely delivery, efficient resource utilization, and adherence to quality standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing project plans that meet business needs and deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive effective launches and ensure seamless integration.
  • BUILDING a culture of excellence within the team, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and driving value through best-practices and coding patterns.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 14+ years' experience in developing and managing core products or business applications.
  • Strong domain experience in Cyber Security, with ability to drive innovation and ownership of products offering cyber security to customers and MSP.
  • Experience with Content Management, Web Development, Agile Development & global delivery.
  • Practical knowledge of agile/iterative development process, strong design, architecture, and coding experience.
  • Hands-on experience in C++, C technologies, good knowledge in AWS, Multi Project / Program Management, & Development.
  • Able to handle large-scale and multiple products and scrum teams concurrently, knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, business-oriented, strong leadership, people management, and mentoring skills.
  • Goal-driven, plans, and manages toward achieving goals, anticipates problems and issues, and proactively drives their resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels, skilled in presentations and discussions with business and technical staff.
  • Experience in working in an international environment involving multiple development sites on various time zones.
  • Must be confident, highly motivated, and passionate about delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Engineering team to ensure technical quality, product quality, and efficient use of resources.
  • Lead teams to achieve project delivery success and drive automated solutions for improved efficiency and process improvement.
  • Grow and manage the skills and talent in the team, including people resource processes.
  • Maintain project management documentation, facilitate Steering Committee meetings, and present to senior-level management.
