We are seeking a skilled Billing Coordinator to join our team. As a Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for generating invoices for clients and assisting with client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with generating invoices for clients on a weekly basis
- Respond to client inquiries regarding receivable balances and billing discrepancies
- Prepare and present invoices for partner approval
- Issue and distribute approved invoices
- Update and maintain client billing account data
Requirements:
- Graduation in Commerce/Business Management
- 2-5 years accounting practice billing & invoicing experience
- Strong Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, formatting, sorting, sum, etc)
- Ability to clearly communicate with partner team
- Organized, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to calculate and reconcile
- Ability to meet daily, weekly, monthly deadlines
