Un executiu de vendes és un professional que s'encarrega de prendre decisions comercials per incrementar la venda. Les seves principals responsabilitats inclouen establir i mantenir relacions amb clients actuals o nous, identificar noves oportunitats de creixement, desenvolupar estratègies per millorar les taxes de conversió i realitzar anàlisis del mercat per comprendre les necessitats dels clients.

L'objectiu principal és augmentar les vendes, i per fer-ho s'han de desenvolupar estratègies adequades per atendre les necessitats dels clients i competir en el mercat.

Funcions específiques:

  • Anàlisi del mercat: per comprender les necessitats dels clients i prendre decisions basades en dades reals.
  • Estratègies de venda: per augmentar les taxes de conversió i impactar positivament en les vendes.
  • Manteniment de relacions: per construir confiança amb els clients i obtenir-ne fidelitat.
  • Col·laboració amb equips: per definir objectius i metes de vendes i implementar plans efectius per arribar-hi.
  • Oportunitats de creixement: identificar-les i explorar-les per augmentar les possibilitats de venda.
  • Desenvolupament de recursos: col·laborar amb els equips de màrqueting per crear campanyes publicitàries eficaces i donar suport als clients mitjançant eines i programes personalitzats.
