Job Summary:

  • Audit Manager responsible for enhancing audit quality, efficiency, and value creation through strategic data-driven approaches.

Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to drive strategic benefits in the area of audit quality, efficiency, and value creation by leveraging latest technologies and leading practices specific to analytics, data visualization, AI/ML, and RPA.
  • This role involves actively working with large data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and common data quality issues, and implementing creative solutions to provide insights and analysis throughout the audit process.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with internal business auditors, auditee teams, DWH IT teams, and external vendors to extend support to existing and future automation projects, ensuring timely solutions.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating all stages of project development, from system design to post-implementation support, as well as identifying gaps in projects and gathering feedback from user groups to suggest improvements.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant data analytics experience, EDW concepts, and a good understanding of data mining and programming languages such as Python, Oracle SQL.
  • Hands-on experience working with visualization tools Power BI, SAP BO is required.
  • A good understanding of software development life cycle and prior experience in business requirement gathering, UAT etc. is essential.
  • Having a good academic record and certifications on data analytics/data science from a reputed university is preferred.
  • Background knowledge of the financial sector at large is required, with banking knowledge being preferred.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are a must to deal with various cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • An Engineering degree + MBA is preferred.
