Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join us in delivering top-notch results on all quality parameters.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality results, analyzing data and providing actionable feedback for improvement.
  • Audit interactions, calls, chats, and emails to ensure consistent scoring and feedback delivery approach.
  • Analyze data and create reports/decks to drive process enhancement and training throughput.
  • Participate in calibrations to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively to heighten awareness and focus on positive customer experience.
  • Maintain internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide real-time support as per business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience handling quality for outbound sales accounts.
  • Understanding of audit and coaching processes, with excellent writing and comprehension skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, technical knowledge of English communication, sentence construction, grammar, punctuation, etc.
  • Effective presentation, feedback, and coaching skills, with hands-on experience on MS Office, preferably MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Customer orientation and customer service attitude, with effective problem-solving skills and a highly energetic and enthusiastic personality.
  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork, with the ability to handle/analyze data to generate quantitative and qualitative analysis.
