Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader to spearhead our team's daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities in accordance with organizational policies and guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective coaching and mentoring to team members to foster high-performance delivery and consistent growth.
  • Analyze performance-related issues, develop targeted action plans for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Oversee the delivery of services to meet contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) expectations and financial goals.
  • Communicate clear expectations to employees, provide timely updates, and ensure open lines of communication within the team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to facilitate expedient sharing of relevant information, schedule team activities, and drive collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date on internal work processes, policies, and procedures to make informed decisions.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion in implementing management policies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other Team Leaders and Managers to support program success.
  • Contribute to the selection, training, development, and performance appraisal of team members, adhering to organizational policies and applicable legal requirements.
  • Regularly assess team members' performance, write comprehensive appraisals, and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
