Job Opportunity: Corporate Compliance Professional

The Legal Department is seeking a seasoned professional with 8-14 years of experience in legal & compliance roles. The ideal candidate will have expertise in essential elements of corporate compliance programs and advising on them.

As a key member of the Legal Department, you will collaborate with highly skilled professionals to provide legal & compliance solutions to business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor risk and compliance issues, implementing mitigation/remediation solutions with stakeholders.
  • Review and draft policies, guidance notes, SOPs for regulatory compliance.
  • Advise on data protection and privacy legislations, including GDPR incident management and record retention.
  • Support cyber security compliance and risk management, including reviewing disclosure requirements and interacting with vendors.
  • Advising on immigration laws in EU, APAC, and MEA, reviewing policy/guidance documents for business travel, work visa regulations, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • LLB/LLM degree and relevant experience as compliance counsel in MNCs.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations, including Data Privacy, Cyber Security, Immigration, and Mobility.
  • Independent project management, interacting with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage/support review and audit exercises with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently solve moderately complex issues with supervision.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive matters.
