We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the governance, automation, and development of our Microsoft 365 platform. As a Power Platform & SharePoint expert, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining a secure, compliant, and efficient environment across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online, with a strong focus on governance and lifecycle management. You will be responsible for building and managing Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and ALM pipelines, as well as partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement a new environment strategy.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to drive adoption of governance and best practices across business units, and use tools like CoE Starter Kit, PnP, PowerShell, and Graph API to automate administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
  • Build and manage Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and ALM pipelines
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement a new environment strategy
  • Develop and support mission-critical Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint solutions
  • Design and build impactful Power BI dashboards and reports, including complex data modeling and troubleshooting
  • Drive adoption of governance and best practices across business units
  • Use tools like CoE Starter Kit, PnP, PowerShell, and Graph API to automate administration

Technical Skills:

  • 5+ years experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Strong hands-on skills in Power BI: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report performance optimization
  • Power Apps & Automate: Workflow engineering, connectors, packaging solutions and development
  • Power Platform governance: ALM, environment setup, DLP, security roles and licensing
  • Experience with Dataverse, CoE Starter Kit, Graph API, PowerShell scripting and automation, SharePoint administration & permissions
