Cloud Collaboration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Collaboration Specialist to drive digital transformation and enable seamless collaboration across our organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with cloud-based tools, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage core cloud services, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform.
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint Online site collections, document libraries, lists, and user permissions.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management and governance of Microsoft Teams and M365 Groups.
  • Administer OneDrive policies for file sharing, synchronization, and retention.
  • Deploy and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support to resolve technical issues and respond to end-user inquiries.
  • Develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and create documentation to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver cloud-based solutions.
  • Implement and manage security, compliance, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
  • Manage permissions and access controls across the cloud suite.
  • Monitor and respond to alerts related to governance, compliance, and data breaches.
  • Monitor service health, usage, and analytics using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cloud administration, with expertise in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and the Power Platform.
  • Deep understanding of the cloud ecosystem, architecture, and integration capabilities.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for cloud administration and automation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, retention policies, and data loss prevention practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft certifications such as: MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams, MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator.
  • Experience working in hybrid or multi-tenant cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Intune.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
