Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to develop and execute financial planning, analysis systems. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, excellent analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate financial reports and statements on time.

  • Develop forecasts, budgets and estimates.

  • Monitor financial transactions, ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and cost optimization opportunities.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor financial audits.

  • Collect data, analyze costs of business activities such as raw materials, inventory, labor.

  • Study product design changes, procurement, handling, manufacturing methods, processes or services provided.

  • Making estimates for new products.

  • Compare standard costs to actual production costs.

  • Participate in Cost Reduction/Cost Out initiatives, efforts towards Cost Avoidance.

  • Provide management with reports specifying factors affecting prices, profitability of products or services.

  • Conduct physical inventories, monitors cycle count program, reconciles variances.

  • Evaluate excess, obsolete inventory, action plan to reduce it.

  • Ensure import, export compliances.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in manufacturing environment, preferably multinational company.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Professional certification (Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  • Work experience at remote locations, matrix organization.
