Job Overview:

The Deputy Chief Revenue Officer - SVP Business Development will play a critical role in scaling Prozo's operations and revenue to 10x the current scale. This senior executive will lead the business development strategy, accelerate sales at each touchpoint in the sales funnel, and foster strong client relationships to drive sustainable growth.

This individual will manage and inspire a high-performing team of 15-20 professionals, including VPs, AVPs, and Senior Directors, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy to achieve aggressive growth milestones and expand Prozo's market reach.
  • Formulate client acquisition strategies and implement initiatives for business growth across sectors.
  • Strategize sales acceleration at all touchpoints within the sales funnel to increase conversion rates and speed up deal closures.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue high-impact sales opportunities, leveraging Prozo's supply chain solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, tailoring solutions that align with their needs, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Foster long-term partnerships through consultative selling and aligning solutions to meet client goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 15-20, including VPs, AVPs, Sr. Directors, and senior business development professionals.
  • Encourage a high-performance culture, set clear objectives, and promote collaborative teamwork.
Qualifications:

Experience:

10+ years in senior sales or business development roles, ideally within 3PL warehousing, supply chain consulting, or B2B enterprise sales.

Demonstrated success in driving significant business growth and building high-impact client relationships.

Strong ability to lead, develop, and inspire a sizable sales team, with proven expertise in managing senior leaders and high-stakes clients.

Ability to strategize and execute in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on sustainable growth and client satisfaction.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.

Strong financial acumen with experience in structuring large deals, understanding RFPs, and negotiating contracts.

Entrepreneurial approach with a 'hunter' mentality, a focus on results, and a customer-first philosophy.
