About the Role:

As a Course Coordinator at IIDE Andheri Campus, you will be responsible for setting up online, offline, and hybrid classrooms, managing the institute's digital and physical assets, and ensuring an exceptional experience for students in the PG program. You will coordinate with trainers and students, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), and oversee various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Setup and Management: Set up online, offline, and hybrid classrooms and manage the institute's digital and physical assets.
  • LMS and Reporting: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure its proper utilization. Create and present reports to management on course progress and other key metrics.
  • Student Orientation and Coordination: Conduct orientation sessions for students to familiarize them with the program. Coordinate with students via CRM, calls, emails, and WhatsApp, addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Industry Engagement: Reach out to industry professionals for guest sessions at IIDE via LinkedIn. Provide ongoing guidance to trainers, addressing any questions and concerns related to course delivery.
  • Course Monitoring: Monitor course progress and provide feedback to teaching staff as needed. Act as a communication channel between students and trainers, informing them about course matters, especially dates and timings.
  • SOP Compliance and Moderation: Ensure that the course is conducted in accordance with predefined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Contribute to the moderation process for final course results and generate marksheets.
  • Data Management: Follow up on the NSDC portal for student data upload and certificate generation. Analyze feedback and statistical data and report on the course each week/month.
Requirements:
  • Excellent people skills and proficiency in written and spoken communication (English).
  • Well-versed with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, GDS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of WA Messenger, ZOOM, and automation email software (GMass, Mail Merge, MailChimp) is a plus.
  • Proficient LinkedIn user.
  • Graduation/Postgraduate in any stream.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
