Teaching Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Teaching Associate in the Information Management & Analytics department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist faculty in preparing course materials, including outlines, pre-reads, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between faculty and program office to ensure timely submission of course materials and adherence to deadlines.
- Upload course materials and reading lists on eKosh.
- Conduct quizzes, assignments, and exams under faculty guidance, and evaluate and share scores.
- Resolve student queries regarding assignments, exams, and other academic matters.
- Attend sessions, workshops, and meetings as required.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Coordinate class scheduling for faculty members.
- Assist in organizing events and conferences.
- Maintain attendance records.
- Create virtual links for sessions and share details via Google Calendar.
- Upload timetables and raise purchase orders on ERP.
- Provide accreditation-related support.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience as a Teaching/Academic Associate.
