Synergistic Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Synergistic Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance standards are met and maintained accurately.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a contract compliance champion, identifying client requirements and communicating them effectively to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure contractor contract templates align with client terms, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Support colleagues in conducting internal audits, focusing on compliance with contractor pre-engagement screening and onboarding requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases related to commercial compliance, ensuring all information is easily accessible.
  • Adhere to established commercial compliance procedures, ensuring consistency and reliability in all compliance activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two years of experience in contractual compliance or contract management, or at least 2+ years in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in reading contracts and identifying client requirements.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with database systems.
  • Experience with CRM and onboarding systems.
