We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to lead our enterprise's identity and privileged access lifecycle. This critical role enforces zero trust principles, drives automation of onboarding and offboarding workflows, and manages privileged account vaulting and session monitoring.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations, including identity lifecycle management, privileged session management, and role-based access control. They will design and enforce access governance processes with periodic certification reviews and separation of duties checks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing IAM and PAM strategies
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding workflows and access provisioning
  • Designing and enforcing access governance processes
  • Implementing just-in-time (JIT) access and session recording
  • Handling integration with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), ticketing, and compliance reporting systems
  • Conducting periodic access reviews and privileged entitlement discovery
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

A strong background in IAM/PAM administration, Azure AD, Entra ID, ARCON, and federated identity protocols is essential. Certifications such as Certified Azure Identity Engineer or ARCON certified specialist are also highly valued.

This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to guide business units on secure identity practices, policy exceptions, and automation of access approvals.
