IAM & PAM Lead Position

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IAM & PAM Lead professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). This is a challenging role that requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of IAM and PAM strategies across the organization. This includes:

  • Designing and implementing IAM solutions to ensure secure access to sensitive data and systems.
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing IAM and PAM infrastructure to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to identify IAM and PAM requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Providing training and support to employees on IAM and PAM best practices.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IAM and PAM.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of IAM and PAM concepts, including identity management, access control, and privileged access management.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
