Job Title: Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Business Development Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and team collaboration.

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this position will be to coordinate daily activities with customers, ensuring timely collection of empty cylinders and completion of orders. This involves effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily coordination with customers for new requirements and collection of empty cylinders.
  • Support in completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
  • Maintain organized sales records and report monthly goal setting to senior management.
  • Monitor and organize inventory while tracking new services and products for sale.
  • Promptly respond to customer emails and handle orders by phone to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Establish strong communication and engagement with customer sales teams to ensure timely order processing.
  • Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings to create and maintain monthly sales reports.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  • Familiarity with transportation and tracking of distribution vehicles.
