About this role:

We are seeking an experienced senior professional to oversee the end-to-end delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects.

This leadership position plays a key part in scaling repeatable, high-quality workspace models and achieving business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Interpret design specifications, manage procurement, coordinate site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
  • Prepare and control project plans—schedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
  • Cultivate collaboration among internal/external stakeholders—including clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE and building codes.
  • Resolve technical or contractual challenges; oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
  • Deliver structured stakeholder reporting and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 8–15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value assignments.
  • Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, preferably with prior turnkey project experience.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly regarded.
