Investment Banking Operations Role

This position is ideal for individuals seeking a challenging opportunity to work in investment banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Independently handle clients and client calls to establish a valued partnership.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate issues to client and internal managers to bring attention to them in a timely manner.
  • Domain Expertise: Build domain expertise and lead from the front.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to knowledge management by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • A minimum of 2-5.5 years of experience in handling a team of at least 10 members, with good experience and knowledge of investment banking operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on various projects with different complexities and scopes.
  • Familiarity with offshoring processes and methodologies is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage and complete specific tasks with minimal direction.
  • Continuous learning and skill enhancement to stay relevant to business demands.
