Key Investment Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support clients across various investment deals in structured finance.
  • Onboard and monitor client portfolios by reviewing legal agreements, ensuring compliance with servicer or trustee reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate risk exposure for transactions, working closely with clients to ensure their assets are secure.
  • Calculate concentration limits, eligibility criteria, concentration tests, Borrowing Base calculations and other key metrics/tests.
  • Lead daily operations, ensuring deliverables are accurate and timely.
  • Maintain data accuracy on proprietary platforms, liaising with Business Analysts and Implementation teams.
  • Enhance overall learning curve by mentoring junior team members.
  • Standardize processes to increase efficiency, developing SOPS around deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Detailed understanding of Structured Finance products, corporate credit landscape, ABL/CLO/Middle Market Portfolio Financing.
  • In-depth knowledge of core financial and accounting concepts.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling using MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Factiva).
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meeting strict deadlines.
  • Prior experience of at least 3-5 years in Investment Banking, Investment Management or Financial Advisory roles preferred.
