Investment Management Expertise

The role focuses on various aspects of institutional investing, encompassing data collection and analysis, investment strategy research, performance reporting, and related consulting support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for defined benefit and delegated solution clients.
  • Analyze performance across different investment options and overall plans.
  • Communicate with investments and custodians to gather client-specific data for reporting.
  • Client communications and reviews, managing ramp-ups and ongoing transitions.
  • Define, delegate, monitor, and participate in employee engagement activities.
  • Mentor and lead a team of analysts across different processes.
  • Own accountability by helping teams troubleshoot issues on projects.
  • Responsible for driving process improvements.
  • Manage relationships with senior management.
  • Ensure exceptional client experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience and a graduate degree in finance or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Python and SQL is required.
  • Strong understanding and proper usage of investment-related terminology in written and verbal communication in English.
