
Director of Business Growth

The primary objective of this role is to understand the vertical transportation market in India, promote the local profile, and generate sales by building relationships with customers and regulators.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Familiarize yourself with the VT landscape in India, provide market insights for updating the VT strategy.
- Business Development and Sales: Elaborate a business development strategy to implement growth strategies, promote T&V S&D as a leading VT authority in India, create and identify sales leads through networking and research.
- Operations and Resources: Ensure smooth operations in accordance with QMS, P&L responsibility for VT activities in India, resources planning and management, recruitment, development, and leading of further VT experts.
- Integrative personality with strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, having a 'go-to-market' attitude with the ability to connect with people
- Drive for shaping business development and sales activities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
