About this role

We are seeking experienced Psychology Consultants to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Consultant, you will work remotely, providing online consultations to patients across India via our cutting-edge telehealth platform.

This is a flexible, part-time/full-time opportunity that allows you to connect with patients directly from your preferred location. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule and workload, making it an ideal choice for those seeking work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct online consultations (voice/video/chat) for mental health concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and lifestyle challenges.
  • Provide counseling support to patients, maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
  • Update case notes in our system after each consultation, ensuring accurate records and facilitating effective care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counseling/Applied)
  • RCI registration (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 0-5 years of clinical or counseling experience (freshers welcome)
  • Excellent communication skills in English or regional languages (Hindi preferred)
  • Empathy, patience, and professionalism
