Transforming Lives through Mental Wellness Education

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Wellness Educator to deliver engaging and impactful sessions on mental wellness, stress management, and emotional resilience. This role is crucial in helping individuals understand the importance of mental health and promoting positive mental health practices.
As a Freelance Mental Wellness Educator, you will work remotely but have opportunities to engage with schools, organizations, and community groups across India virtually or on-site when required.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting awareness programs on topics like stress management, emotional well-being, mindfulness, and mental health awareness for diverse age groups.
- Educating participants on mental health concepts, providing practical tools and insights to help them recognize signs of stress, anxiety, and emotional distress.
- Developing and adapting content to ensure it resonates with different audiences, promoting positive mental health practices.
- Providing training and guidance to educators, parents, and employers, helping them support mental wellness in schools, workplaces, and communities.
