Finance Transformation Leaders are instrumental in propelling large-scale financial initiatives forward, driving growth and efficiency across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive finance transformation strategies, leveraging process redesign, automation, digital finance, and service delivery enhancements to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Global Finance Management:
    • Oversight of global finance operations, including R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Controllership, and Tax functions, to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
  • Digital Finance & Automation:
    • Identification and deployment of cutting-edge digital solutions, such as RPA, AI/ML, advanced analytics, and ERP systems, to modernize financial operations and position the function as a best-in-class global service provider.
  • Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Effective stakeholder alignment, change management, and communication to drive successful adoption of transformation initiatives across global teams.
  • Governance & Risk Management:
    • Establishment of robust governance frameworks for compliance, risk management, and internal controls, ensuring alignment with global regulatory standards.
  • People Leadership & Development:
    • Leadership and mentorship of cross-functional finance teams (100+ FTEs), promoting a high-performance culture and supporting career development and capability building.
  • Business Partnership & Collaboration:
    • Collaboration with business leaders, CFOs, and functional heads to align financial goals with overall enterprise strategy and lead service delivery for global stakeholders.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting:
    • Establishment and monitoring of KPIs, service level agreements (SLAs), and productivity benchmarks to measure and report transformation impact, with a focus on Operational Excellence.
    Requirements:
    • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of post-qualification experience
    • Proven experience in leading end-to-end finance transformation programs at scale
    • Experience in managing or setting up Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or large shared service environments
    • Strong expertise in R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Controllership, and Tax operations
    • Hands-on exposure to automation tools (RPA, BOTs), analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
    • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
    • Experience in handling global stakeholders across the US, EMEA, and APAC region
