About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an Assistant Product Manager- Payment Lounge (payment gateway) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end payment product lifecycles, collaborating with various departments to drive execution, and ensuring seamless merchant onboarding and TSP integrations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and refine product features.
  • Prioritize product backlog based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and optimize for reliability, speed, and user experience.
  • Develop a strong understanding of payment gateway architecture, APIs, and transaction flows.
  • Cultivate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 2-5 years of product management experience in fintech or payments
  • Strong understanding of payment gateway architecture, APIs, and transaction flows
  • Experience with UPI, card networks (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and alternative payment methods
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
