As a seasoned Software Engineer, you will leverage your expertise to drive innovation and excellence in software development. This individual should be highly self-motivated and a proactive problem-solver.  Leveraging superior knowledge and experience, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design and architecture of complex software products.
  • Conducting in-depth systems analysis and research.
  • Implementing and maintaining high-quality software solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

You are great at

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Angular/React applications.
  • Developing and maintaining robust front-end frameworks using Angular/React.
  • Leading a team of 4-5 developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Possessing strong experience with microservices architecture and Spring Boot.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, service consumers, and product owners.
  • Providing valuable feedback to Quality Engineering teams and product owners.
  • Translating business requirements into effective and efficient technical implementations.
  • Authoring and executing comprehensive unit tests to ensure high code quality.
  • Contributing positively to a geographically dispersed team environment.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

What it takes

  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications.
  • Proven expertise in building robust and scalable applications using AngularJS/ReactJS, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures.
  • A strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including SSO, OAuth2, and Spring Security.
  • Solid experience in developing and consuming RESTful web services.
  • An in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum), continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), and behavior-driven development (BDD).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues.
  • A proactive approach to debugging and root cause analysis.
  • The ability to quickly adapt and learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills.
